Refund policy

Todas las ventas son finales. Usted asume la responsabilidad de su compra y no se emitirán reembolsos. Se otorgará un crédito en la tienda por el valor del producto, siempre y cuando el cliente: (1) notifique su devolución vía correo electrónico a estikels78@gmail.com durante los primeros 7 días de recibir el paquete (2) devuelva sus productos en perfecto estado, incluyendo el empaque original y (3) pague los costos del envío de vuelta.

  • Error de Envío - Si recibe un artículo por error, o el artículo no corresponde la orden solicitada en el pedido, Estikels correrá con los gastos de la devolución y nuevo envío.
  • Dirección incorrecta - Si proporciona una dirección incorrecta o insuficiente, el envío será devuelto a nuestras facilidades. Usted será responsable de los costos de reenvío una vez que hayamos confirmado una dirección actualizada con usted.
  • Cancelación de pedido - Si el cliente cancela su pedido antes de su envío por correo, no tendrá ningún cargo adicional. Si el cliente cancela su pedido después de haber sido enviado, tendrá a su cargo los gastos de envío, así como los gastos de devolución.
  • Paquetes perdidos o robados – Estikels no se responsabiliza por paquetes perdidos o robados. De usted solicitarlo, Estikels podrá proveerle la información de la compañía de envío para que pueda el cliente pueda investigar. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. A credit will be granted in the store for the value of the product, as long as the customer: (1) notifies their return via email to estikels78@gmail.com store during the first 7 days of receiving the package (2) return their products in perfect condition, including the original packaging and (3) pay the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping Error - If you receive an item by mistake, or the item does not correspond to the order requested in the order, Estikels will cover the cost of the return and new shipment.
  • Wrong Address - If you provide a wrong or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Cancellation of order - If the customer cancels his order before shipment, there will be no additional charge. If the customer cancels after the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages - Estikels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, Estikels will provide shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
